Introduction

SuperTime Ultra ("the App") is a metronome and guitar tuner application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed to function entirely on your device without requiring an account or transmitting personal data to external servers.

Information We Do NOT Collect

SuperTime Ultra does not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Advertising identifiers

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device to provide its functionality:

• Metronome Settings: BPM, time signature, subdivision, and sound preferences
• Practice Recordings: Audio recordings you create during practice sessions (stored only on your device)
• Practice History: Session data including dates, durations, and tempo settings
• Custom Presets: Your saved metronome presets and setlists
• Tuner Preferences: Reference pitch and tuning settings

This data is stored locally using iOS standard storage mechanisms and is not transmitted to any external servers. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the App from your device.

Microphone Access

The App requests microphone access for the following features:

• Guitar Tuner: To detect the pitch of your instrument and provide tuning feedback
• Practice Recording: To record your practice sessions for later review

Audio from the microphone is processed entirely on your device. We do not record, store, or transmit microphone audio to any external servers. Audio recordings you create are stored only on your device and are never uploaded or shared without your explicit action.

In-App Purchases

SuperTime Ultra offers optional in-app purchases ("Pro" features) through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use:

• Google Analytics or Firebase
• Facebook SDK
• Advertising networks
• Crash reporting services that collect personal data

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to share.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App is safe for users of all ages as it operates entirely offline and does not collect or transmit any personal data.

Data Security

All data stored by the App remains on your device and is protected by iOS's built-in security features, including device encryption when you use a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it:

• Access: Your data is stored on your device and accessible through the App
• Deletion: Delete the App to remove all associated data
• Portability: Practice recordings can be shared using iOS's standard share functionality

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
