How to read the ball view

Each voice gets a ball, and each landing marks a pulse. Follow the repeating motion to anticipate the next sound. For 3:2 and 4:3 with straight timing, the two voices land together at the start of the cycle; ratios with a common factor can meet at additional points.

Read it with the sound on first. Then mute one layer and keep tapping it from the ball alone: that is the check that you are feeling the pulse from the motion rather than hearing it.

Add a third voice in Voices & sound to see another bounce pattern inside the same cycle. Learn it with the two main voices muted before combining all three. If the spacing is hard to follow, keep the ratio and lower the BPM, or use Grid to inspect the individual attacks.
